KANSAS CITY, Mo. (KCTV) – The start of Wednesday night’s game between the Kansas City Royals and Colorado Rockies is being delayed.
The Royals said the game will begin in a rain delay as inclement weather moves through the Kansas City metro area. The game was originally scheduled to begin at 6:40 p.m.

Kansas City defeated Colorado 4-3 in 11 innings on Monday night during the first of a six-game homestand at Kauffman Stadium.
It’s the first rain delay of the year for the Royals.
