Fans tuning in for the One Chicago franchise on NBC tonight may be sorely disappointed that Chicago Med, Chicago Fire, and Chicago P.D. are not airing new episodes this evening.

This break in episodes was likely scheduled in advance by NBC so that they could stretch their run until their season finales, which will air in May.

All three Chicago shows will return to their regularly scheduled new episodes next week on Wednesday (May 7) in their usual timeslots. Since the Chicago shows are some of NBC’s most popular, fans are anxious to see them back on their screens!

If you have not seen, so far, NBC has renewed 5 TV shows this year, but 4 were canceled in the last few months.
