Big Ten adjusts schedule for Saturday’s Big Ten Baseball Tournament

OMAHA, Neb. (WOWT) – The Big Ten made several changes to the schedule to the Big Ten Baseball Tournament.

The league postponed Friday night’s Nebraska-Oregon pool play game after a three-hour rain delay. The Huskers will now play Saturday morning at 9:00am.

Saturday’s semifinal games have also been adjusted. UCLA and Iowa, originally scheduled to play in the night game, will now have a 1:00pm start. The winner of Nebraska and Oregon will play Penn State at 5:00pm.

Sunday’s championship remains a 2:00pm start at Charles Schwab Field Omaha.

Saturday, May 24 schedule:

9 a.m. CT — No. 1 seed Oregon vs. No. 8 seed Nebraska (pool play)

1 p.m. CT — No. 2 seed UCLA vs. No. 3 seed Iowa (semifinal #1)

5 p.m. CT — Oregon-Nebraska winner vs. No. 9 seed Penn State (semifinal #2)
