I would like to try your virgin mimosas recipe for a baby shower. However, due to the number of guests, I would like to make it up ahead of time and serve it from a punch bowl. Do you think this would work, and could you give me an idea as to the amount of each ingredient that would be needed?
    Thanks.

Hi! I have never made a large batch of these mimosas. If it were me, I would just play with it a bit. Just before the shower pour a good amount of orange juice and a small amount of limeade in the bowl. Maybe 1/4 to 1/3 cup limeade to 2 cups orange juice. Then add some lemon-lime soda to get a decent amount of carbonation. Sample it and adjust from there. Since it will be in a punch bowl you might also want to make an orange juice ice ring to help keep it cool. Good luck and let me know how it goes.
