6:22PM Van Dijk is the final player to be called to the stage and it’s the Liverpool captain who lifts the Premier League trophy.
It’s then passed between the players and manager as they each have their turn with the silverware.
6:20PM The trophy presentation is underway at Anfield with the Liverpool players being called one-by-one to the stage in the centre of the pitch.
Alexander-Arnold receives a huge cheer.
6:19PM Tottenham manager Ange Postecoglou speaking to Match of the Day on today’s defeat: “Yeah disappointing result, pretty fatigued second half. First half was okay. We controlled it pretty well, scored and should have had a second but fatigued second half and the game got away from us.
On Spurs’ season: “How do I assess our season? outstanding! Won a trophy which we haven’t for 17 years and we’re in the Champions League. Ask anyone supporter at start of the season if they’d take that and there wouldn’t be a person in the house that wouldn’t.
On his future: “It doesn’t bother me asking me about my future. I can’t answer. I’m pretty relaxed about it. It’s been an unbelievable season. I couldn’t be any prouder.”
On whether he’s been told anything: “You’re asking the wrong person. everyone in the media is intelligent enough to know I’m not the person to know to ask those questions. I’ll have a break and then hopefully we’ll be back first day next season to start things.”
6:18PM Ruben Amorim has just delivered a very frank address to the United fans, apologising for a “disaster” of a season and warning that they either “fight each other or we stick together and move forward” in a call to arms.
“Six months ago in my first three games in charge, with two victories and one draw, I said the storm is coming,” the United manager said. “Today after this disaster season I want to tell you the good days are coming.
“If there is one club that prove in the past that can overcome any situation any disaster it is our club it is Manchester United. Now I want to say also to my player sometimes I was not fair but I try always to be honest to you guys. Thank you very much, see you next season.”
United also said farewell to Victor Lindelof, Christian Eriksen and Jonny Evans, who all leave next month once their contracts expire. Alejandro Garnacho – who was left out of the matchday squad and has probably player his last game for the club – took part in the lap of appreciation.
6:17PM Kevin De Bruyne came off the bench for his final Premier League appearance for Manchester City. What a phenomenal player.

6:05PM Despite earning no clean sheet today, Sels will share the Golden Glove with Raya after Arsenal conceded at Southampton. Little consolation for the result you feel.
