The Downtown Monroe businesses are throwing a great, most fun ever, Unicorn Day ever from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Friday, April 11!
It promises to be “sparkling with glitter, rainbows, and all the fun you can imagine! There will be games, prizes, and tons of giveaways to make this day super special.”
Downtown businesses, including the Armory, the Story Shop and many more are getting in on the Unicorn magic. Rinse Bath and Body is promising a free Unicorn Soap to the first 20 children as well as free stickers and coloring sheets all day.
Don’t miss out on all the unicorn magic — you’re invited to join in Downtown Monroe for a day full of fun and sparkles. What a great way to spend the last day of spring break!

Here at MWCA we will have:
* PAINT A UNICORN with Jennifer11am – 3pm – drop in$12
Create your own enchanting unicorn masterpiece on an 8″x8″ canvas! Suitable for ages 5 and up, with adult assistance for younger ones.
* UNICORN POT with Rebecca10am – 3pm – drop-in$20
Make a hand-built pottery unicorn pot. All ages, young children will need their parent’s help.
* CERAMIC PAINTING10am – 3pm – drop in$5 and up
Choose fun sculptures to paint! Acrylic painted pieces can be taken home same-day, while glazed pieces require firing and pickup later.
* SHRINKY DINKS10am – 3pm$5 each
Color and then magically shrink your creation to make a fun charm!
* FACE PAINTING10am – noon only$3 – $12

* Make UNICORN SNOT (slime)10am – 3pm – drop in (while supplies last!)$7
