Demi Moore, the star of “The Substance,” is making her first appearance at the Academy Awards this year.

“The Substance” star donned the 97th Academy Awards red carpet wearing a sparkly tight gown.

Moore is nominated in the best actress category for playing Elisabeth Sparkle, a once-celebrated but now-faded Academy Award-winning Hollywood film star in “The Substance.”

Moore has already seen great success from her role in the feature film, winning various awards at the Golden Globe Awards and the SAG Awards earlier this year. 

“Being nominated for an Oscar is an incredible honor and these last few months have been beyond my wildest dreams. Truly there are no words to fully express my joy and overwhelming gratitude for this recognition,” Moore told ABC News.
