BJ Novak and Delaney Rowe have seemingly been dating for some time, but evidently not many people knew about it!

The 45-year-old The Office alum and the 29-year-old TikTok star have been linked since the end of 2024, and a new viral post on X has just brought it to many people’s attention for the first time.

“I just found out that BJ Novak is dating Delaney Rowe from tiktok and I have no one to talk about this with 😭 why did god curse me with the ability to process vast amounts of useless pop culture knowledge and not something useful, like how to do math?” the post reads, which has over 3.5 million views.

Many of the responses are full of shock and surprise, as many people did not know about the alleged pairing.

In October, the two were pictured together at a screening of Goodrich. The two were pictured together at the end of November 2024 at the official How Long Gone after party at The Standard in New York City.

One month later, Deuxmoi reported that the two were “spotted getting cozy at the Bowery Hotel in New York City.”

An eyewitness reported seeing the two leaving the hotel together while trying to keep a low profile, with her noticeably “kind of blushing.”
