Unfortunately for the Blues, their blueline will be missing one of its most important defensemen. The team has announced that Philip Broberg has returned to St. Louis for a personal matter and won’t be in the lineup against the Kraken.
The Blues will certainly be forced to make some adjustments without Broberg in the lineup, as he is one of their top defensemen. In 67 games this season, the 23-year-old has set new career highs with eight goals, 21 assists, 29 points, and a plus-21 rating.
It will be interesting to see how the Blues perform against the Kraken without Broberg in the lineup from here.
