IND vs NZ Final Live Cricket Score, India vs New Zealand Champions Trophy 2025 Live Score Updates: All eyes are on KL Rahul and Hardik Pandya in the final stretch as India chase 252. Shreyas Iyer and Axar Patel looked to have steadied India’s ship in the ICC Champions Trophy final in Dubai but New Zealand hit back. Mitch Santner dismissed the well-set Iyer in the 39th over, while Michael Bracewell removed Axar Patel in the 42nd over to throw the match wide open again. Earlier, the pressure of dot balls paid off as Rohit Sharma fell for a well-made 76. At the start of the chase, India were seemingly cruising towards victory — and the Champions Trophy title — after reaching 105/0. Then in the span of four balls, lost the wickets of Shubman Gill (31) and Virat Kohli (one run) to slump to 106/2.
Earlier, New Zealand managed to set India a target of 252 runs as India’s spinners kept things in check. Daryl Mitchell was the Black Caps’ top scorer with 63 runs while Michael Bracewell scored an unbeaten half century to guide the Kiwis past 250-run mark. For India, Varun Chakaravarthy and Kuldeep Yadav have claimed two wickets each while Mohammed Shami and Ravindra Jadeja chipped in with one wicket each. India had NZ under pressure in the middle overs, with the spinners choking run-flow but Bracewell’s late surge helped the Kiwis score 79 runs in the last 10 overs.
