04.09.2025 | 11:33 PM | IRVINE – A fire ripped through a detached garage before being extinguished by firefighters, late Wednesday night.

The fire was reported near a home in the 0 block of Shiloh around 11:33 PM.

When crews arrived they found heavy smoke and fire showing from a single-story detached garage in front of a home.

Firefighters initiated an aggressive fire attack and doused the blaze in about 15 minutes, preventing flames from spreading to nearby homes.

Two vehicles inside the garage sustained damage and a partial roof collapse was reported during the firefight.

No injuries were reported and the investigators are working to determine the cause of the blaze.
