Jade Cargill Makes History At WWE WrestleMania – TJR Wrestling

Jade Cargill and Naomi claimed a small piece of WrestleMania history for themselves as they looked to settle their bad blood in Las Vegas.

When Jade Cargill competed at WrestleMania 40, she was in a tag team with Bianca Belair & Naomi as they teamed up to defeat Damage CTRL’s Asuka, Kairi Sane & Dakota Kai. As time went on, Cargill ended up becoming a two-time Women’s Tag Team Champion with Belair. That second title reign ended in November due to a mystery attack.

After being on the sidelines for nearly four months, Jade Cargill returned at WWE Elimination Chamber, where she attacked Naomi, which was a shock to the fans who expected Cargill to go after Liv Morgan instead.

In the weeks that followed, Naomi admitted that she did attack Jade because Naomi wanted to be a tag team Champion with Belair rather than Cargill. In other words, Naomi attacked Cargill because she was jealous of the attention lavished on her.

After back-and-forth attacks, a grudge match was made for WrestleMania which made history. Incredibly, the bout is the first non-stipulation, non-title, women’s singles match ever at WrestleMania.

Jade Cargill Wins Big At WrestleMania

At WrestleMania 41, Jade Cargill did not heed Naomi’s warning to proceed with caution and instead brought a storm to Las Vegas.

Cargill pulled out all of her power moves to turn the tide on a dominant Naomi, and in the end, it was Jaded that put away her rival. As a result, Jade Cargill moves to a 2-0 record at WrestleMania.
