June Squibb and Scarlett Johansson had one of the more memorable hosting bits of the evening at the 2025 Academy Awards on Sunday (March 2) at the Dolby Theatre in Hollywood.

While presenting for Best Makeup and Hairstyling, the 95-year-old actress joked that Nosferatu‘s Bill Skarsgard (who underwent a heavy makeup transformation for the title role.)

“I got a little makeup done too. I’m actually being played by Bill Skarsgard right now,” June joked. “Oh yea. I mean, half the time you see me in public, it’s Bill Skarsgard. The real June Squibb is home with a book right now.”
