The New England Patriots could go several ways with the No. 4 overall pick of the 2025 NFL draft. Of course, that’s assuming they even make a pick.
Some have wondered about the trade potential that comes with having such a high draft pick. ESPN’s Mike Reiss reported there is “modest” interest from teams in trading up to No. 4. Whether that leads to an actual deal or not on draft night remains to be seen.

“I am told that they are willing to move down from that No. 4 pick, but at this point, interest in the pick has been modest,” Reiss said on “SportsCenter.” “Now, a lot will depend on what happens one-two-three in terms of who is available to the Patriots. But another thing to know, they spent a lot of time with left tackles.”
Left tackle is arguably the biggest hole left to fill on the Patriots’ roster. That could lead to the team going after a player like LSU’s Will Campbell or Missouri’s Armand Membou, if they fail to find a good trade partner.
They could also chase talent at other positions if they feel the best available player isn’t an offensive tackle. Nothing is off the table for the rebuilding Patriots.
