INDIANAPOLIS — The day many have been waiting for has arrived at the NFL combine.
The quarterbacks, always the showcase position group, will take their turn at answering questions. That means players like Miami’s Cam Ward, Colorado’s Shedeur Sanders, Ole Miss‘ Jaxson Dart and Alabama’s Jalen Milroe.
Meanwhile, local products Harold Fannin Jr. from Canton McKinley High School and Bowling Green State University and Wadsworth native and Notre Dame product Mitchell Evans will before all of the executives and coaches at Lucas Oil Stadium. They will be joined by the rest of the tight end, as well as the defensive backs, including Colorado two-way star Travis Hunter.

The first group of players to speak Friday will be a mix of quarterbacks and wide receivers at 8 a.m. They will be followed at 9 a.m. by more of the same, although the first of the three group at that hour includes Ward, Sanders and Milroe.
The running backs will rotate through in three groups at 10 a.m.

The defensive backs and tight ends will all be measured on Friday. Then they’ll go through drills at Lucas Oil Stadium.
The quarterbacks, wide receivers and running backs will speak to the media, while also going through more team interviews and an ortho exam. The offensive linemen, meanwhile, will undergo medical tests, team interviews and pre-ordered studies.
The placekickers, defensive lineman and linebackers’ final day in Indianapolis will be spent on the bench press. They will also do broadcast interviews.
