The Aurora Borealis was spotted over Chun Quoit near Pendeen
The Northern Lights also shone above Zennor
The Northern Lights have put on colourful displays in the night sky across Devon and Cornwall.
Spectacular images were taken by BBC Weather Watchers across both counties on Wednesday as the lights, also known as Aurora Borealis, appeared between 22:00 and 23:00 BST.
The lights, which had a pink-purple hue, were spotted over parts of the north Devon coastline including Croyde and Woolacombe.
The lights reached as far south as Pendeen in Cornwall, with people also spotting them over St Ervan, Zennor and Stithians.
