Serena Page is explaining why Kordell Beckham was not part of the cast announcement for Love Island: Beyond the Villa.
Page and Beckham were the winning couple of Love Island USA Season 6, and many fans wondered why he was not part of the cast for the spinoff series, which Peacock will premiere this summer.
“He’s gunna be in it with me!!! they just couldn’t announce him as part of the main cast [because] my baby booked another role,” Page replied to a fan on Snapchat wondering about Beckham’s whereabouts.
Following the announcement of Beyond the Villa (working title), many speculated that Beckham would not participate in the spinoff because he had been recruited for the new season of The Traitors, also a Peacock series. However, Page debunked that rumor and also confirmed he would not be on Dancing with the Stars either.
“No, it’s a scripted show,” Page said in another Snapchat story. “He in his acting bagg [sic].”
Another fan warned Page to “stay away from the drama” on the new show and advised her to “not let them producers do fake drama.”

Page assured fans that the cast would “have creative control” over the show, adding, “It’s just to show u guys what we’re up to really. I wouldn’t be a part of anything that would put my relationship or friendships at risk.”
Love Island: Beyond the Villa will follow former Islanders as they navigate new careers, evolving friendships and newfound fame in Los Angeles. The cast also includes JaNa Craig, Aaron Evans, Miguel Harichi, Leah Kateb, Kaylor Martin, Connor Newsum, Kenny Rodriguez, Olivia Walker, and Kendall Washington will participate in the series. Peacock says that other former Islanders will also make appearances throughout the season.
