JACKSBORO, Texas — Severe storms and possible tornadoes caused damage to buildings in multiple North Texas counties on Saturday evening.
A storm rolled through Jack County between 6 p.m. and 7:30 p.m. and brought with it a tornado warning that lasted a little over an hour.
After the storm passed, residents in Jacksboro captured images of the damage the storm, and a potential tornado, left behind.
Additionally, a tornado warning was issued for Hood and Parker Counties around 8:30 p.m.
According to Hood County, a confirmed tornado touched down, damaging several homes and knocking down trees. Information on any injuries was not immediately clear.
CONFIRMED (1) home SW of Tolar has been hit by a tornado. Emergency personnel are attempting to access home . Roadway is blocked by several trees.
