Today on Pinstripe Alley – 5/24/25

Well, it doesn’t get much worse than losing to the 2025 Colorado Rockies. The Yankees managed to contribute one of Colorado’s nine wins, and they’ll have to shake it off this afternoon to avoid the ignominy of losing two of three to this trainwreck of a team. The Rockies haven’t won a single series all year, but they’ll get two shots to do so. The Yankees have the man on the mound to get them back on track though, with Max Fried looking to even this series up.

On the site, you can check out Kevin’s entry in the 2000 Yankees diary, as well as my rundown of Friday night’s American League action. Also, Nick Sarnelli checks in on a few early predictions that have made good thus far, such as Cody Bellinger turning things around by turning on the ball, and Nolan lauds Jasson Domínguez’s progression in spite of the fact that the youngster has missed out on chunks of crucial development time.
