Texans general manager Nick Caserio has already finished a trade before the draft even begins.

Caserio and Cleveland Browns general manager Andrew Berry conducted some business hours before the Tennessee Titans are on the clock with the top overall pick.

In this trade between the Texans and Browns, the Texans send a 2025 fifth-round pick and a 2027 fifth-round pick to the AFC North franchise in exchange for a 2025 sixth-round pick, a 2025 sixth-round pick and a 2025 seventh-round pick.

The Texans sent the 166th overall pick and a 2027 fifth-rounder for the Browns 179th overall and 216th overall and 255th overall picks.

The Texans now have nine draft selections overall this season, with no picks in the fourth or fifth rounds.

The Texans have the 25th overall pick of the first round and have explored trade-up and trade-back scenarios, per league sources.

They are expected to address the offensive line, perhaps in the first round.

The Texans have four picks in the first 89 selections, including a second-rounder and a pair of third-rounders.
