CHARLESTON, S.C. (WCIV) — Sarah Naibei is the 2025 Cooper River Bridge Run elite women’s division winner!
Naibei finished with a 31-minute and 49-second time, amounting to a 5-minute 7-second mile pace.
Naibei is from Kenya, and she won the 2024 Cooper River Bridge Run. In 2023, she was the runner up!
Elite men’s division
Peter Njeru is the 2025 Cooper River Bridge Run elite men’s division winner!
He finished with a 28-minute 27-second time and ran a 4-minute 37-second mile pace.
Njeru is from Kenya and was the runner-up in the 2025 Cooper River Bridge Run.
Wheelchair division
Krige Schabort is the 2025 Cooper River Bridge Run wheelchair division winner!
Schabort recorded a time of 23 minutes and 54 seconds. He also won the 2024 Cooper River Bridge Run in the wheelchair division.
He is from Rome, Georgia.
