Arsenal Starting XI vs Crystal Palace: Confirmed team news and predicted lineup
Arsenal return to Premier League action against Crystal Palace tonight, but the narrative surrounding the game exists in parallel with a much larger context. Mikel Arteta’s side are navigating the final stages of a season that is no longer solely defined by domestic form. A Champions League semi-final against Paris Saint-Germain looms just six days away, and squad management has become as important as selection.

One positive piece of news is that Bukayo Saka is fit, despite limping off during the weekend win over Ipswich. His substitution followed a challenge by Leif Davis, who was sent off for the reckless tackle. Saka had ice on his Achilles post-match, but Arteta offered reassurance:
“We have to wait and see now how he reacts after the session, but it is nothing too serious… I think he will have a good chance to play tomorrow.”

Even so, with the PSG tie in mind, Arteta could opt for caution.
While Saka’s availability is a boost, Arsenal remain without Jorginho (ribs), Riccardo Calafiori (knee), Gabriel, Kai Havertz, Gabriel Jesus and Takehiro Tomiyasu. Arteta confirmed:
“Ricky is out and Jorgi unfortunately as well… and I think Jorgi will be out for a few weeks.”

Given the injuries and upcoming European challenge, expect a rotated XI. Leandro Trossard, after his brace against Ipswich, is likely to retain his place, while youngsters like Ethan Nwaneri and Myles Lewis-Skelly could get further Premier League minutes.
