Joy Taylor And Skip Bayless Sex Scandal Gets Legal Update

FRISCO – Skip Bayless allegedly offered a co-worker $1.5 million to have sex with him.

Now, it seems, that alleged harassment victim might get paid another way.

Bayless claims he quit his job at FOX Sports in 2024 when in fact, sources have informed us, he was shown the door … and now we know more about the “coincidence” that has the TV contrarian now unemployed.

A new story by Front Office Sports says FOX Sports is attempting to negotiate a settlement of the lawsuit brought against it – and against Bayless and currect FS1 host Joy Taylor – by former network hairstylist Noushin Faraji.

The suit, filed late in 2024, alleges volumes of details of various forms of “harassment” of Faraji by Bayless, Taylor and FOX executive Charlie Dixon.

As troubling as any of them?

The lawsuit charges Bayless with offering $1.5 million to Faraji if she would agree to have sec with the 73-year-old, and of giving her unwanted “lingering hugs and kisses on the cheek while putting his body against hers and pressing against her breasts.”

Court documents state that Faraji’s attorneys and FOX attorneys began mediation on March 10. Also included were attorneys for Bayless, Dixon, and Taylor.

“While the parties did not resolve at mediation, they are continuing to engage in settlement discussions with the mediator,” the filing said. “The parties believe that, to preserve resources, it would be beneficial to hold off on the Initial Status Conference pending completing settlement negotiations.”

In her lawsuit, Faraji alleged that she was sexually harassed by both Dixon and Bayless and insulted on a “personal and professional level” by Taylor.

As a result?

Dixon has been placed on administrative leave.

Taylor was briefly sidelined by FOX, but is now back on the air.

Bayless, who first gained fame as a Dallas-based sportswriter, now mostly posts on social media as he continues the pretense that he’s a fan of the Dallas Cowboys.
