According to Greek outlet Gazetta, Goran Ivanišević will become the coach of world No. 8, Greek player Stefanos Tsitsipas, after the Roland Garros tournament.

Tsitsipas was once ranked as high as world No. 3 and has reached two Grand Slam finals. In 2023, he lost the Australian Open final to Novak Djokovic, who had also defeated him in the 2021 Roland Garros final.

At that time, Ivanišević was Djokovic’s coach—and now he’s set to coach Tsitsipas. In the meantime, Ivanišević also had a brief stint with Elena Rybakina, but that partnership didn’t last long.
