CINCINNATI (WXIX) -The Pendleton County Emergency Management is restricting access for anyone who does not live in Falmouth from entering the city due to the flooding.
The emergency management says units will be placed at every side street along the U.S. 27 corridor, blocking access.
Highway 27 at Ridgeway Avenue will remain open for through traffic
