The Tennessee Titans are adding another veteran to their roster on the eve of the NFL draft.
Wide receiver Tyler Lockett announced he’ll be signing with the Titans via his social media accounts Wednesday evening. Lockett, 32, is a 10-year veteran who’s posted four 1,000-yard seasons in his career. A career Seattle Seahawk, Lockett is joining the Titans via free agency and becomes another piece in a receiver room that also features veterans Calvin Ridley and Van Jefferson.
Lockett caught 49 passes for 600 yards and two touchdowns in 2024, his lowest totals since 2017. Consistency has been a major part of Lockett’s career; he’s played at least 15 games in every season of his career.
Receiver is one of the Titans’ biggest needs heading into the 2025 NFL Draft, which begins at 7 p.m. on April 24. ESPN and NFL Network are reporting that Lockett is signing a one-year deal worth $4 million.
