HOUSTON, Texas — A Southwest Airlines flight had to turn around shortly after leaving the gate when a woman took off her clothes and began yelling at passengers, reports say.

KHOU Channel 11 reports the flight from Houston’s Hobby Airport was bound for Phoenix when the incident occurred Monday. Witnesses tell 12 News was taxiing when the woman, still fully clothed, stood up and walked to the front of the plane.

A witness says the woman was hitting the inside of the plane and yelled she was bipolar and that she wanted off the plane. Moments later, she disrobed and began walking up and down the aisle, reports say.

The plane returned to the gate and the woman was taken into custody by police, the Arizona Republic reports. She was taken to a hospital for a medical evaluation.

No charges were filed against the woman, KHOU reports.
